the house was sold to me in 2003 w/a 2 bdrm cottage on it that had to be totally re-built inside because of structural termite damage. state has told me that w/the Homestead Rebate and the Sr. Freeze, even w/1 tx bill, I had to establish % I occupy which the twp. established 65% so had to return prev.rebates. but house sold as sgle family you tell me. I spent $100K redoing the cottage. It's been an income property and so reported since 2003
