Dine-in kitchen with under-cabinet LED task lighting and plenty of cabinet storage. The building is the Col. J.C. Cooper House, featured on the McMinnville historic register. The original structure dates to the 1890s and was expanded into multifamily housing in the 1940s. This apartment has been renovated without losing its vintage character. Nice upgrades include LVP flooring and cushy Stainmaster II carpet with a thick pad, custom acrylic countertops and under-cabinet LED task lighting in the kitchen, glossy powdercoated radiators and cordless blinds. Tenants share a roomy, fenced back yard and shady front porch. Each apartment has one assigned parking space in the off-street gravel parking area.
