Save money selling without an agent. This has been a great home with 3 really large bedrooms, 2 baths and it's own well. At 1768 sq feet but feels bigger due to 3 bay windows. All rooms but one have new paint and there is new laminate in the family room and kitchen and new vinyl floor in both bathrooms. The furnace and heat pump are newer and high end, which caused my power bills to go down to less than half of what they were before. I love the carport in the summer and winter, it keeps snow and sun off the cars without taking up space in the garage. It is a great house in what I think is a perfect location. It's the last house on a dead end road so you have no traffic, the neighbors are great, you have pasture or orchard on three sides and a good view. 1 acre of mostly lawn with underground sprinklers and a garden that was not planted this year.
