The cottage has river views from the property, large backyard, firepit, picnic table, charcoal grill, and ample parking for multiple cars and trailer. Sandy beach is at the end of the block. High speed wireless Internet throughout the house, four 32" TVs with Roku streaming services, DVD Player, multigame arcade, kitchen with dining table, high top bar table, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, large sink, toaster oven, microwave open, and Keurig coffee maker. All linens and bath towels are provided. A short walk to churches, restaurants, breweries, winery, museum, art gallery, and antique stores. Owner pays for Internet, Water, and Trash. Tenant is responsible for electric charges over $100/month.
