We as the owners supply water/sewer/garbage/yard waste, and Wireless-Internet all for FREE! * Huge serene private backyard perfect for relaxation or grilling The home is located in Old North Durham, a very active and engaged neighborhood close to downtown Durham. As fellow neighbors we know for a fact that this is a quiet street off the beaten path. Walking distance to Cocoa Cinnamon, Motorco, Fullsteam Brewery, Farmer's Market, downtown Durham, American Tobacco, etc. The location is convenient to Duke's East Campus (about 1.25 miles bike ride) as well as NCCU & Durham Tech ( 1 mile). Many of our neighbors walk or bike to school/work on a daily basis. There is a $35 application fee per adult (to cover credit and background checks), and a one month's security deposit upon approved application. Ready for immediate move-in.
