Proof of employment required along with identification such as your drivers license. There is no application or credit check. Deposit and first month rent will be required which consists of $2500. A lease will be signed. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. 1329 sq ft. All appliances will stay except washer/dryer. You will have access to the pool. Tenant will be responsible for lawn maintenance. There is a HOA so you must keep up with the lawn and abide by the neighborhood rules. Monthly inspections will be completed during rent pick up to include changing AC filters. It is paramount this home be taken care of. I will NOT allow this home to be trashed. No smoking inside. Rent will be due between the 1st-5th. Late fees will be collected if paid after the 5th.
