It is energy efficient (solar panels reduce or eliminate electric bill), well built, and part of a high-end condominium community.
The cottage has a vaulted ceiling, gas stove, patio, washer and dryer in unit, skylight, top/bottom cellular shades, and is nicely landscaped. It's easy access to both nature and downtown makes it a highly desirable location.
The home is partially furnished but can also be cleared out. 1 year lease, will also consider 6 months. You will responsible for:
Boulder water: ~$90/month (this is mostly municipal fees, no other options, I don't know why Boulder charges so much even if you don't use any water)
Xcel electric: historically $12.71 per month (2 year average) since there are solar panels
Xcel gas: historically $42.70 per month (2 year average), winter months being significantly higher (e.g. $90), summer months lower (e.g. $20- still use the stove/water heater).
Trash: $14/mo
Comcast Internet: there already is a hookup-- don't know of another company that services, but you can research it
I live a simple lifestyle (e.g I don't crank up the heat in the winter/AC in the summer, etc) so your usage may differ than mine.
