My husband and I purchased our house at 210 60th Street, Niagara Falls, NY in February of 2015 for $105,500. Unfortunately, we have to sell because I'm having health issues that prevent me from continuing to live in a two-story house. This house is located near Buffalo Avenue, right near the Grand Island Bridge. It is within biking distance to LaSalle Park and the bike path that runs from LaSalle Park to the Falls. It's 5 minutes from the Falls, about 15 minutes from Lewiston, and about 15 minutes from Buffalo.
