The large converted barn loft space with vaulted cathedral ceiling is especially attractive to a yoga practitioner, musician, dancer, artist, body worker etc. There is also a full size table tennis table for a little fun & friendly competition. The house could be used for yoga teaching (privates only), body work etc, although you will have to show appropriate Insurance in accordance with NY State law. Not more than 6 people upstairs at one time. Woodstock in winter is cozy, full of activities without the crowds! Oil fired forced air heating, as well as woodstove upstairs and fireplace downstairs.High speed internet included and local phone. Please note there is patchy cell service unless you are ATT customer where owner has a wireless booster which gives excellent service.
