Historic house built in 1870, unfortunately just haven’t gotten around to get the plaque yet however, the year is on the houses title. The first floor has nearly 10 foot tall ceilings. Many updates; new 50+ year guaranteed roof added in 2006, new double hung Energy Saver low E glass windows throughout majority of the house, only front window and attic/boiler room window not replaced yet. New doors, flooring, insulation, drywall and updated electrical throughout almost every room.
