Only a 3 block walk to the Narrow River to launch 1-5 of our available kayaks. Only a 6 min drive or 15 min bike ride (2-4 adult bikes and kid bikes) to URI Bay Campus (only free beach) or 7 min drive to Narragansett Town Beach (best surfing in RI/New England!). We can possibly do a lease until the end of May or June and then renew for another year if things are going well. We have 1 person renting the ground level in law suite (extra kitchen & living room, 1 bed/1 bath) thru May 2026 with an annual renewal possible. Shared washer & dryer, storage space and all outside amenities-kayaks, bikes, zipline, tree fort and trampoline included (if you sign a waiver to use outside amenities). No smoking nor vaping. Small dog possible. No cats-owner highly allergic. Free parking in driveway and on dead end with up to 5 shared spaces. Owners would like to return to use the upstairs 1-2 weeks in the summer, but this is negotiable.
