Renter is responsible for wifi, electric and gas. Renter is responsible for any clogged sinks, drains, toilets and broken garbage disposal. Renter is responsible for any maintenance under $25.00, for example bulb replacement or broken item. No smoking on premises. Tenant is responsible for snow removal on steps and side walk.
