This is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment at the luxury Alterra at Overlook Ridge Apartments. As our family increases my wife and I will be moving out at the end of January after 2 great years here. Therefore, this would be a sublease and the contract ends in May of 2012. It can be easily extended if ones wishes to do so. We came here 2 years ago and got an incredible price for this unit (before the prices went skyrocketing). It is ONLY $1125 a month and it even includes a garage car space. This building does not allow pets. There is a $400 sublease fee that I would ask a potential new renter to pay, and the security fee of $750 for a total of $1150. The security fee of $750 that we paid will be yours once you leave the place. This place is really great and we will be little sad leaving it. Everyone here is great and helpful and there are many things to do once you move in. It has a bus station right on the main streen in front of the complex which offers MBTA express bus to Haymarket in Boston and local bus to Malden Center Station.It also had a complimentary commuter shuttle to Goverment Center and Malden Center "T" Station - Monday through Friday.
