The whole yard is locked and secured with a keyed gate.
This is located very close to Arnold Hall and many other SCAD buildings are nearby. The area is very nicely kept and desirable.
The landlady renovated the back decks and stairs (since stained gray) and the lovely yard with flowering trees and plants. I (We) care about our tenants and keep the building well taken care of. If you are tired of deadbeat landlords, you are in for a treat.
There is a security deposit and a $40 application fee and background check.
NO PETS and NO SMOKERS, NO exceptions, sorry.
