Welcome to 21 Alma Street. I'm a cape style home located on a quiet dead end. As you walk through my red front door you may smell chocolate chip cookies! The kitchen is great for baking and hosting gatherings around the Island or the granite breakfast bar. During the cooler months turn on my pellet stove and snuggle up in the living room. I have 4 bedrooms - the primary suite you can have a dance party in! But I do have 1 bedroom on the 1st floor along with large bathroom (double sinks) and 1st floor laundry. My laundry room is next to the oversized garage so if you come home from a Berkshire Hike I've got the spot to drop your stuff before heading in. The 2nd floor has 2 more bedrooms, full bath PLUS a spa like soaking jet tub connected to the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings with a skylight, 3 oversized closets and a propane fireplace to keep you warm and toasty on the cooler Berkshire days! Now, down in the basement there is room for everyone with it's own private entrance from outside, full bath and full kitchen. Great spot to make more cookies! Or host long term friends, or family. I just love to entertain, some may say I was built for it! While outside I have a fenced in private yard surrounded by trees.
