We are up at the end of a private road, so there isn't any drive through traffic. Well kept grounds in the summer. Pool opens memorial day, closes on labor day.. This unit was bought as is and was upgraded with additional cupboards in the kitchen, both baths have ceramic tile and tub/shower 1st bath has been upgraded, master bath has a walk in shower with glass doors (no tub).
