This place had someone in it just a few weeks back. Everything was functioning as of that day. It does have central HVAC and newer carpet and paint(only in certain areas). It needs some work but would be a great rental near the college. It has been used as a 2 bedroom but in reality the bedrooms do not have closets so I am not really sure how to classify it. That is part of the reason I am selling it so cheap. I just need to get rid of it so I can move on.
