The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (your bedroom would not have furniture). There is a one car garage but plenty of parking available on the street. The house also has nice patio that is currently unfurnished. Utilities would include gas, electricity, water, trash, and internet (not included in the listed price).
