The property itself is mostly longer term tenants, and one of the apartments is a short term rental. This apartment has a newer bed, and newer furnishings. There is a smart TV inside, and this apartment has fast wifi internet. It's turn key ready to move-in, with little effort other than taking out your own trash, and paying your ONE monthly bill. Well behaved pets are welcome on the property with an additional fee. This is a large property with ample space to enjoy the shared outdoor spaces, the backyard basketball hoop, and the large beautifully landscaped yard and gardens. If you are here in the end of summer and early fall, we have peach trees that will feed the entire town! We also have a large garden if you like to grow your own food. Overall we have a GREAT location, a SAFE property (somebody is usually always around here) and we have a fun group of tenants that are around here which makes it for a very pleasant setup. We are not a wild partying bunch, so we do expect general noise and parties to wrap up around 10pm. I will write you a lease term of your choosing as long it has a MINIMUM of 60 days to start. After 60 days, you then default to a month to month scenario. That way if you are a contract employee in town with only a 90 day residency, you will give 30 days notice before you intend to vacate. On the other side, if I want you to leave, I also owe you a 30 day notice to do the same. If you are more comfortable with a longer lease, I am open to this option as well.
