Renter is responsible for all utilities, which are provided through Columbia Power and Water. Columbia Power and Water will provide internet service and cable, but AT&T is also available. Rented is responsible for keeping furnace filters clean and changing them at a minimum bi-monthly. If an HVAC service is requested and the HVAC technician finds a dirty air filter, renter will be responsible for the service call and repairs deemed necessary by technician due to the dirty filter. The Zillow background check is accepted, but tenant may also choose to undergo background check through landlord's property management app (Tenant Cloud) This is a furnished unit.
