No Pets, Service Animals Welcomed. No Smoking Indoors. Parking Spot Available on Inside of Fenced Property. Owner pays for Water, Electricity, and Septic. Gas is Provided through two 20 gallon propane tanks, refilled every month. Any additional Gas needed prior to monthly refill is an additional fee per tank per Tenant Request. Outdoor space is to be kept clean and tidy. Lawn will be maintained by owner.
