This is a well built house. The foundation footings are 2ft across and a minimum of 1ft deep or more. The entire concrete footings including the exterior and interior footings have 2 strands of steel rebar within them. The concrete came from a local concrete company with a minimum of 3,000 psi. When the house was being built the lumber company was asked to hand pick the very best lumber. Almost the entire house has oak floors that were just professional refinished, and interior was just painted.
