    I asked my Seller for the top 3 things she loves about this property. Difficult to limit it to 3......... VIEWS was a resounding #1, followed closely by the peace and quiet, being close-to, but not in town, wonderful neighbors, watching the wildlife, having a covered patio to enjoy all of the above. This farmhouse has its charm, while needing some TLC. Several improvements since 2017 such as new breaker box, wood stove, kitchen work, some Renewal by Anderson windows added in 2021. Appliances in 2022 and 2025 (dishwasher), tankless water heater. New water line from main to the house in 2024.
