Any fees related to the administration of the Plan or associated with the investment of Plan assets may be paid by the Plan or by the Employer. If you are permitted to direct the investment of your benefits under the Plan, each year you will receive a separate notice describing the fees that may be charged under the Plan. In addition, you will also receive a separate notice describing any actual fees charged against your account.
