As long as this AD is still up, the rooms are available for only SINGLE-OCCUPANCY to MALES.
We have 2 rooms available in a semi basement of a house, starting from January, 2023, on a month-to-month contract. Preferance towards long-term stay.
About the Rooms:
Both the rooms will be furnished with a bed and mattress, a dresser, and a small desk. They both also have a good closet space.
The downstairs space includes a living room area to lounge, and a shared washroom.
The basement tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their common areas.
About the Home:
We are located in East Vancouver, close to Nanaimo and East Hastings, a minute away from #16 and #14 bus stops, 5 minutes walk from the R5 bus stop, roughly half hour bus ride to downtown, and roughly 40 minutes bus ride to SFU. We are also close to all major amneties (groceries, banks, eateries), and plenty of parks and walking/running routes.
The kitchen upstairs is shared by everyone in the home. We have lots of utensils and plates and pots and pans for share. There are also adequate storage space for your food.
This a NO-PARTY, NO-HARD-DRUGS living space. We do welcome small home gatherings. We also have a 420-friendly vibe.
There is no en-suite laundry, however the laundromat is located just a short block's walk away.
About Us:
We are a friendly mix of level-headed working students/professionals males, with a common understanding of maintaining a friendly and respectful environment in a shared living space.
Looking For:
A level-headed working student male and/or a working professional male.
Rent: $700/month (pictures labelled 'RM 1') and $750/month (Pictures labelled 'RM 2') (includes utilities & WiFi)
Security deposit: Half of rent
Start date: January, 2023
Rental: Month-to-Month, due on 1st of each month
