This spacious yet cozy mountain home is located in Mi Wuk Village, just 15 miles east of Sonora CA and 3 miles east of Twain Harte on well-maintained highway 108, just at the edge of the Stanislaus Forest. This popular tourist area is known for hiking, fishing, hiking, water sports of all kinds and a variety of winter sports. Dodge Ridge Ski area is just 18 miles west on highway 108, as is Pine Crest lake and recreation area. The house has three levels, a large sleeping loft with a queen and two twin beds, a main floor with two bedrooms (one queen bed in each), and a lower level with a large screen TV, two pull-out couches and laundry facilities. A large deck opens off of the open living room/dining room area. The house can sleep up to 10 comfortably. Owners live in the Bay Area, but have service folks to assist with any needs you might have. Renter pays flat fee of $250 per month, which covers water, sewer, electricity, gas and internet. Maximum of 2 pets, and only if they are completely housebroken. Renter is responsible for any damage caused by pets. No smoking or fire allowed anywhere on the property. Renter is required to honor quiet hours in the cul-de-sac, 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. The rental agreement duration is variable, depending on availability and renter needs. Rent due date(s) will be determined between owner and renter. Renter is expected to keep the house clean and orderly and to inform owner immediately of any repairs required. Parking is to be on the parking pad only, no street parking. Snow removal costs will be worked out between the renter and owner when needed.
