This is a week long rent by owner the Price is PER NIGHT, in a gated community. We will be leaving town and love sharing the beauty of where we live. Come stay for a WEEK Oct 19-25 (would be willing to do longer if requested) wineries (17mins) , biking, hiking, and Colorado national Monument entrance, restaurants, down town Fruita, and down town Grand Junction with in 10 minutes. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 twin, 1 full. Have blow up mattresses available and 2 pack-n-plays. Park in the garage or driveway. After a long day of hiking, biking, or cheersing to your beverage of choice enjoy our outdoor sauna, or fire pit.
