It needs everything basically is only extinguisher walls and roof the front porch was enclosed and made into a bonus room for family that had to be cared for when they were sick but it's not got carpet or paint on walls it it's 16x22 roughly but it's in good shape other wise but the rest of the inside of the house is in full gut and install all new walls doors fixtures some of the floors are falling through the but the floor supports and floor joist are good there is no cilling damage but it's old stained and out dated but it's. Had a new roof done 2 times once in shingles and then metal and it's got vinyl siding over the original metal siding but i needs new windows and doors definitely and it has a HVAC system with both cool and warm but it's old and would need work to be able to use it again and it work good and efficiently the plumbing has been replaced with PVC it was copper but it's not braced underneth the house very good and cats have messed up Alot of the duct work there is no appliances but there is a well on the property that is a good running well and county water as well there is power run from the road to a power pole and a outdoor power box run separate from the inside power for a storage building or shop it's also got a septic tank that's still good. But personally I would recommend just starting over and building a new house it also has 2 poured drive ways with new coulvert pipes and cement drainage ditches in front of the house with guards over them and all the trees on the property are old hardwood trees it's also got good soil for gardening and landscape the front yard has sod grass and the back is bramuta grass.
