Hi, I am renting a house that is furnished or possibly non furnished. The house is located North Chowchilla close to high way 99. It's in a established neighborhood with plenty of parking. There is a unit in the back being rented, which only the Pg&e will be split. The water/garbage/sewage is included. Owner pays water/sewage/garbage. Just split Pg&e with second unit in back.
