The Guest House is thoughtfully furnished with 1 king bed, 1 trundle bed that can be used as a king or 2 separate twins. The living room has cable TV/DVD (second TV in BR), CD stereo. WiFi. The kitchen is very well equipped including a spice rack, wine, champagne, martini & margarita glasses, brandy snifters & frosted beer mugs, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, microwave, toaster,blender, coffee maker, dishwasher & washer & dryer (detergent supplied). The dining area has an upright piano and views of the private backyard surrounded by stone walls (circa 1840's) and woods with an outdoor fireplace, gas & coal BBQ grills, patio furniture w/umbrella, 2 hammocks & 4 lounge chairs. The front deck has patio furniture w/umbrella and mountain views. We border Sunny Hill Golf Course (9 golf courses within a 14 mile radius). 16 miles to Ski Windham. Our guests are invited to hike on 4+ miles of private trails & picnic areas on our 110 acres, visit with our horses, take the 12' rowboat on the pond.Golf Courses & Skiing & Horseback Riding: We border Sunny Hill Golf Course, Thunderhart Golf Course is 3 min. away.
