This completely renovated apartment is one of three units in the rear building of a property in the heart of Highland Park. Light and bright, the unit is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. Spacious at about 750 sqft, the apartment is fully furnished, designer decorated and has beautiful brand new finishes/appliances throughout.
The triplex units differ slightly in layout, but furniture, fixtures, and appliances are identical. Unit 1 has an on the wall mini split and bedroom ceiling fans, where as units 2 and 3 have central air. Interior images shown are of Unit 2. There is a private outdoor lounge and dining area available when renting Unit 1 only.
There is one (1) assigned parking spot available per unit during the length of your booking at a charge of $150 per month.
A laundry room with brand new LG wash towers (two washers and two dryers) are located on the first floor available for your use.
Please note that the rent does fluctuate from month to month as this is a mid term furnished rental. Stays for up to 6 month will be considered.
Video and pictures of each unit are available if requested. Showings are available if the unit is vacant.
We'll need to know your check in/ check out dates, names of all guests, a little about your trip to LA, and will need to fill out an application and lease.
As the property is located in Los Angeles, there may be some typical city noise heard, such as above ground metro line, traffic, sirens, helicopters, etc.
For the first booking and any bookings longer than one (1) month, a monthly cleaning fee will be charged at the rate of $150 per cleaning.
We are in the process of completing interior renovations of the property's front cottage. The triplex is separated from the front cottage by a large parking lot, and any construction noise should be barely noticeable. Planning to have this completed by July 15, 2025.application and lease.
