Upon further inspection the basement will need some cleaning, upstairs carpets will be cleaned and a few other issues resolved. Covered front porch and concrete patio, dead end road, creek on the property, plenty of room for parking. Available to view as soon as early November to allow for minor cleaning and repair. Well water, septic and trash pickup included, all other utilities buy tenant( Duke Energy and Spectrum or AT&T). Add $25 to rent per month for EACH dog or pet, MAXIMUM 2 adults and 2 children.
