Washer and dryer included, heated workshop, greenhouse, covered parking, private patio and gardener included. $150 monthly water, sewer fee, tenant is responsible for electricity and garbage. Small pets are allowed with a one-time pet fee and pet rent, $35 for a cat and $50 for a small dog. We require prospective tenants to complete an application at the cost of $48.95 per person 18 and older that would be living there. First month's rent, security deposit and a $225.00 document fee are due at the time of move in, deposit is equal to the rent*. Public Records: We will evaluate court records for charges, convictions, warrants, judgments, and evictions. 4. Credit History: We will look at your credit balance, collections, and overall history of paying debt.
