We are accepting applications to lease our 1-bedroom apartment units at The Elms, in Lawrenceburg Indiana. There is a $35 application fee per household for all who apply. We allow up to two occupants in our 1-bedroom units. The heat, water and trash removal are included in the rental price. No pets accepted. After the acceptance of a submitted application, there is a 1-year lease signing required. Applicants who are 18yrs old (or older) that will be dwelling in the unit must submit an individual application. There is a charge of $35 per household to submit an application. NO Pets permitted. The Elms are located conveniently within walking distance of many town activities, and close to the local schools and town park area. The Elms is also near many town attractions and eateries- and is only blocks away from Hollywood Casino. I-275 is just a few minutes away!
