This was our first house after getting married and is a great place for small families! It's on a quiet safe street but just minutes away from all of Whiskey Roads offerings like Target and Chick-fil-A. Complete with a fenced yard for the kids and pups to play, an attached garage for parking or hobbies, and a wood burning fireplace for that special kind of warmth on these cool autumn evenings. The only reason we moved was to grow with our growing family! This is an annual lease with extensions available if mutually agreed upon. Owner pays for pest control and curbside trash removal service. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, electricity, natural gas, cable/internet, etc.). Pets are accepted on a case by case basis and do require a $400/each fee. The stove, microwave, dishwasher, and brand new refrigerator are supplied with the property. Washer and dryer hookups are available but renter to supply these appliances. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Renter is responsible for care of the yard. Optionally, we can arrange for a yard care service at an additional expense.
