There is a long driveway for off street parking and a garage mainly for storage, but it could fit a small car. This is a furnished home. Lease for 1-12 months. For leases less than 6 months we will pay utilities (energy, gas, water, internet, garbage) for $400 more a month. Tenant responsible for snow removal of driveway and sidewalk and mowing. No smoking or vaping on premises.
