The Condo is just a minutes walk form the beach in Waialua. It has two beds and a shared bathroom. The appliances are modern and laundry is included. As long as we both keep the kitchen clean and keep the music down on week nights after 10pm we'll do fine. I don't have any pets and I'd prefer someone without a pet. I am a 28 year old male. I like to surf, dive and paraglide. I am outgoing and like to have people over on the weekends. Right now my work is remote but has me travel on occasion. No cats or dogs
