It is $375 a month on a month-to-month contract (again, this amount is based on one occupant) with a $375 deposit (both of which would be due up front upon signing). I am currently accepting applications and applications must be picked up in person upon viewing the apartment. If selected, you must submit to a credit and background check ($45), provide proof of ongoing employment (two current paystubs), and ID.
