We are looking for a single, or couple to enjoy this great, peaceful, small town feel at the south end of Davis County. Pretty, quiet, well-kept, welcoming, respectful neighborhood next to a large park with walking paths, picnic pavilion and tables, playground, zig-zag mountain trail, playground, and lots of grass. Just one street east of Main Street. low traffic, and close to about anything you need. We require background and credit checks. This spacious, comfortable apartment will be available at the first of October. Showings can begin two weeks before, on Sept. 16. This lease is for one year. Renewable if agreed to by all parties. Landlord pays utilities, including water, gas, electric, internet, and garbage. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, DRUGS, OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED, IN OR ON PREMISSES.
