Beautiful cabin located in Western North Carolina. Surrounded by the Smoky Mountains and Pisgah Forest. Cabin has a southern exposure which provides the ideal setting. There are separate horse riding trails on the gently contoured terrain of the eastern cove. The removal of soft wood, non-indigenous trees and shrubs is an ongoing project. This year targeted areas were cleared and replaced with beneficial fruit and acorn-bearing trees, indigenous to the mountains and essential to the welfare of wildlife and mountain songbirds. Forest openings and regeneration projects benefit ruffed grouse, wild turkeys, deer, elk and songbirds, to name a few.
