set 600+ feet off the road in among large fir and cedar and oak trees, fenced divided pasture,very very private,(never in 26 years have we had to buy halloween candy :>) ) all organic, we cleared and built this home ourselves. no one has sprayed any pesticides on pasture or garden, our own well, with wonderful water, and a complete culligan water system on it...we have fruit trees (5) and a very large garden area, we raise chickens, pigs. and beef, all organic. we reroofed house in 2007 and put more insulation in the large crawl space (32") it has a insulated pump house( we use it for vegetable storage) and raised garden beds, pond (with gold fish) and a view of the mountain from the garden/pasture area about 3 acres are in pasture and lawns and the rest is in trees, we have vaulted ceilings in every room and fans also in every room, it is plummed for a propane stove (which we did have, but replaced it with a pellet stove, we also have a raised garden bed area, lots of trees and flowers.we have a large parking area in front of house, but very private, we have a 31 foot motor home parked in the parking lot and lots of room to turn around, we used to be in business here, so have room for the big ups truck to turn around..we also have a chicken house and 5 wonderful hens...organic eggs.....
