Designed by Al Beadle in the early 1960's, Executive Towers is a quirky one-of-a-kind residential tower in central Phoenix. This 5th floor unit is a 2-bed/2-bath with a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Floor-to-ceiling glass out to three full balconies means great daylight (I rarely use the lights) and amazing views to the north and west (perfect for enjoying the sunset). Other features include exposed concrete ceilings, tile floors in the shared areas, a ample storage. I'm leaving for graduate school, and am looking for someone who will enjoy the building as much as I have. It's surprisingly quiet for being downtown. Parties and music are okay; out or respect for my neighbors, I try to keep the noise down after 10P. You're within walking distance to restaurants and bars, light rail, ASU Downtown, Phoenix School of Law, St. Joseph's Hospital, Indian Steele Park, and more. 5-10 minute drive to downtown, 15-20 to Tempe or Scottsdale.
