Modern updated home with large fenced in backyard, 1 car attached garage, raised garden beds, brand new shed and fire pit. No smoking inside home. Renters must allow owners to bring maintenance items (filters, softener salt etc) minimum once a year to keep the home operating at its best condition. You are responsible for water, gas and electric. Dogs are welcome in the home for an additional $100 a month. Any issues that may come up we will address promptly!
