Third level has two bedrooms, along with the second full bathroom. The front bedroom has two full-size beds. The rear bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin-size day bed with pull-out trundle, along with direct access to the additional third level water-facing balcony with seating for four. At high tide the water comes up to the seawall and stairs; at low tide the beach is exposed and you can walk out to nearby sandbars and islands as well as other nearby beach areas below the high-tide waterline.
