Home was built 1983. Home was remodled in 2014 to include remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, HVAC, water heater, appliances, energy efficient windows which tilt inward for easy cleaning, and energy efficient storm doors. Both bathrooms are handicapped accessible. Hallways and all interior doorways were widened to also be handicapped accessible as well. New roof installed in 2021, along with new interior paint and flooring which includes vynal plank flooring throughout, except bedrooms which have new carpeting. Also in 2021 new lighting, ceiling fans throughout home, new remote control system added to gas fireplace and additional support added underneath the home to prevent settling, and GFI outlets added to kitchen & bathroom areas. In 2022 new R13 insulation added throughout entire attic 16" deep, electrical panel updated, 220 wiring replaced in laundry area, and additional wiring added for garage and kitchen areas. New 4'x2' pantry added in kitchen, along with new landscaping added to front of home. Also in 2022, a small deck with ramp and railing was added to front of home. In 2023 OCAC installed a vapor barrier underneath the home, wrapped all pipes, added 8" of R13 insulation under the floors, wrapped and serviced hot water heater for better efficiency, added new weatherstripping and door sweeps around all doors and storm doors, and recauljed all windows inside & out. OCAC also added a new air circulation fan to hall bath to draw in fresh air since home is now so air tight. Also in 2023 new landscaping added to backyard which includes a new privacy fence added across rear of yard and additional reinforcement across bottom of fence to prevent dig outs from pets.
