It's located on a quiet, dead-end street in walking distance to all downtown has to offer: bakeries, restaurants, shopping and parks. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a small mudroom/utility room located off the back, providing a separate area for laundry and yard tools. The home features a tankless water heater, allowing for unlimited hot water. The stove pictured is not included, but there is a new-ish gas stove in its place at the time of rental. The yard was totally landscaped in 2023, providing a lovely back patio and open grassy area. It is not fully fenced in, but does have the back and side areas fenced. Pets will be considered with an additional deposit. The requirements for the rental are: minimum credit score of 600; monthly household income must be three times the rent; all income must be verifiable; and positive rental references for the past five years.
