With a little elbow grease you will add a lot of value to your house. A large government facility (Youth & Family Services) is located kitty corner from the house. This ensures constant police patrolling, and lots of bright lighting. Also, could be a potential source of future tenants who will want to rent the place. Beadle Elementary School is a block away, another source of future tenants.
