All common items in the home are available to use, and all utilities, etc. are included in the cost of the room itself. Durations begin at a one-month minimum and can be increased by month. All utilities are included, and nothing additional is expected. Common areas are expected to stay clean, along with dishes, the kitchen, etc. Use the provided drink coasters on furniture, and please don't use any tools in the utility room without asking first.
