Tropical get-away in the backyard with beautiful 18x36 gunite pool surrounded by a 6 foot tall block wall for privacy! Palms & garden pond surrounding pool. Large side yards in back on either side of wall. Shed. Very unique property!! This "Make Me Move" price may be higher than a traditional comparative market analysis may show but the traditional CMA doesn't always take into consideration the uniqueness of a property. I am a real estate agent in Savannah, Ga & can honestly say I've not come across a home like this one with all the amenities it has to offer in the price range. I would be willing to move at this price if I could find a home I like as much on the water somewhere in this area. But I am spoiled to our outside entertaining area with the pool & privacy block wall & outdoor wet-bar on the covered patio. I also would have to find a place with the private master suite like this one & a nice large kitchen like I have now!
