There is an additional bedroom downstairs located on the front corner of the house. There is a full kitchen, a formal dining room, living room, single bathroom and a laundry area with washer and dryer hook-up's all located on the first floor. There is a cellar style basement accessible from inside the house as well. The kitchen stove and refrigerator are provided by the landlord. The home is approximately 1200 sq/ft. There is central heat and AC for the main floor. The upstairs requires window units for the bedrooms. Heat is provided by a propane furnace with the gas service provided COD by Gas provider. Electric service is provided by KU. There is city water and a septic system. Water and general trash service is provided by the landlord, see lease for details. The Outside: Large yard included with the house. Lawn care is not provided with the rental but can be arranged for an additional fee. Good/consistent lawn upkeep is a requirement! Rent is $1300/mo. First and last months rent and deposit due at lease signing, no exceptions. 12 or 24 mo lease available. $3900/mo verifiable income required to apply. Initial propane tank fill will be required after lease signing. This is COD with the gas provider. Propane Tank lease is the responsibility of the landlord.
